个人简介:

陕西西安, 工学博士, 中共党员 ,硕士生导师。西北农林科技大学食品科学专业食品微生物方向博士,美国University of Georgia 食品科学专业联合培养博士。20177月进入威尼斯欢乐娱人v675食品工程系,201712月至今在威尼斯欢乐娱人v675从事教学科研工作。主要开展食源性致病菌耐药机制,食品加工过程中食源性致病菌污染控制,食品天然生物活性物质抑菌机制及功能食品研制与开发。美国IAFPInternational Association for Food Protection)协会会员,Chinese Association for Food Protection in North American 协会会员。
